Upwards of Weirdness

The odd duck with her braids and ponytails and plaids.
Never quite what was expected, always blowing the stereotype.
Not a good fit with the jocks or goths or geeks or preps.
Not cute enough to be quirky, nor smart enough to be nerdy.
Nutty enough for theatrics, alas, not good enough for the stage.
Curious enough to start it, not interested enough to finish.
She never fit in, despite her magnificent wall of bangs.
The weird one, the lone one, always picked last.
An outcast, a no one, a wall to a flower.
